Ok My PC is upstairs so is my modem router but i have my BT Phone box downstairs I can't take my PC downstairs cus where the BT Box is there is not enough intermission I need to no whats the best cable I can use
If I use the RJ11 cable I can have my modem upstairs if

I'd go for the Ethernet as it's less suceptical to bawling. Otherwise get a Shielded RJ11 cable, as they can pick up quite a bit of noise on long runs and power your internet connection.
