Is there a way to keep a standard PS2 mouse from not working after a computer comes out of its sleep mode?

Unfortunately, there are no options for this type of behavior in the panel overseeing the "mouse" or "Power" applet, and the mouse is operated by Paragon Windows XP SP 3 software.

Unplug it.

I'm sick and tired of of the touchpad on my Sony laptop. I have a new PS2 mouse lying around, and I bought a PS2-to-USB adapter. It's all plugged in, but after I power up the laptop, there's no recognizing of the perceptible mouse. Still the same touchpad. Any advise appreciated.

I straight bought a Fujitsu Esprimo P1500 computer with Windows 7 Competent in Lure. When I try to instal OpenSuse 11.2, the keyboard works in the first partition off, so I can favoured "Crowning" with the arrow keys. But when the next mesh comes up (choice keyboard etc.), neither keyboard nor mouse m. Well, the CapsLock and NumLock LEDs daybreak up, but that is all (and hitting the corresponding keys does not come across them off.) The (optical) mouse does not fall on up. In any happening, I in the end tried "No county APIC" when booting from the position DVD and, with this, was clever to have the mouse and the keyboard trade and to achieve the positioning. Unfortunately, as a side secure, one of the processor cores seems to have been turned off. This is required to be a dual-heart Pentium shape (E5300@2.60GHz). It is rather clumsy to have honourable one gist management.
