key board sticky/filter keys. files on desktop disappeared. how can I retrieve those files back?

I was preparing to document header and pressed on the keyboard for long, resulting in a pop-up oppressive / filter keys. Since I am busy with my work, I was not that sober.

After that, my keyboard / mouse began acting strangely.

Are these compatible? [ Intel Celeron CPU SL6VR 2.0GHz Socket 478 ] AND [ Intel® Desktop Board D865GVHZ ]?

I have this board

The Socket 478 is the one the CPU sits in. It is compatible with the Board
