I have just replaced the Heatsink and Fan on an intel pentium 4 processor?

Now the computer will not boot times gone by the opening screen, the heatsink is compadible with the processor and is correctly installed, why isn't it booting

Well you have to get shoot it. It sould like youre hard urge is failing. I bet it boot up to the operating screen and then reboot itself perfect? First you have to trouble shoot its CPU fan by switching it back to see if it will boot normal. If so then lash it back to the new
