Best software for recording PC games?

I currently use the standard unregistered Hyper Cam 3. It gives lag whenever I record something.
Fraps, version dry run, can save up to 30 seconds.

I need a recording software that is disposed of. Suggestions?

Basicly i fundamental to download and install a game recording software which will allow me to report my games and later on do commentary after the record has been made! Also the recordings necessary to be small in size (xfire recordings are huge in size) thanks u!
