IVE had a laptop for a long times so I never needed to worry about keyboard and mouse, but I've just bought a desktop computer and I plan to connect to my TV which is across the room chair.
Performance kits range of Logitech keyboards and mice are generally high. If you want a behavior that has been high, you might opt for a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Bluetooth keyboards can use lines up to 30 ft.

When I say long range i close-fisted LONG range. I need about 50-60 feet, with some interior walls in between. I bought the adesso keyboard with trackball, but its IR and needs shilling-mark of sight. I really like the keyboard, and the track ball is mammoth, but it wont work

Last year we had a thumbnail hands-on with Unisen’s wireless laconic keyboard & touchpad trade mark, and while it’s served its design well, we’ve already got the hankering to upgrade to this inconsequential belle from Brando. The Rii mini wireless keyboard looks like a magnificence-less cellphone, but it’s designed to control a Windows or Linux based PC via a wireless 2.4GHz RF consistency with a proper range of about 30 meters.
All of the keys are backlit, making it notably advantageous in a darkened at ease theater, and the rechargeable lithium-ion battery has a standby things of around 500 to 700 hours, though there’s no referral of how long it will last with well-proportioned use. The correct shaped touchpad allows it to be cast-off in either a plane or vertical placing, but there’s also a microscopic 4-way directional pad that most qualified doubles as your criterion arrow keys.
